    What are your opening hours?

    Can I visit without a booking?
    Walk-ins are most certainly welcome! Though we do recommend booking ahead to avoid disappointment!
    What is the best place to park?
    We have a free car park at the rear of the venue with limited spaces.
    Are table decorations allowed?
    Small table decorations and balloons are allowed. Please note, confetti and glitter are not permitted.
    Do you cater for food allergies?
    Yes, we cater for a variety of dietary requirements and food allergies. Please let us know your requirements at time of booking.
    What is your family/children policy?
    Children are welcome throughout the whole venue excluding the VIP and TAB lounge and smoking area. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
    Can I bring a cake?
    You are welcome to bring your own celebratory cakes. We do not charge a cakeage fee.
    Are there TAB facilities?
    Yes, there are TAB facilities available.
